Why I built it
My coach writes sets. My watch wants intervals.
I get my swim workouts as text. Typing every 4 x 100 into a watch on a pool deck got old fast, so I built this. Paste, check, send, swim.

Coaches write swim workouts as text. Swim Structured reads that text, turns it into a structured pool workout and sends it to your Apple Watch. No more retyping every interval.

Warm up, drills, main set with repeats, rest, strokes and pace targets. It figures out the structure so you don't have to.

Every interval is one tap away from the editor. Rename or reorder whole blocks too.

Send the workout to the Workout app as a structured pool swim. Your watch tells you what's next.
Export a .FIT file and upload it to Garmin Connect or wherever else you train.
Set your pool and the workout follows.
The parsing runs on your iPhone. After a one time download it works offline. No account, no analytics.

Yes. Paste the text into Swim Structured, check the preview and tap Send to Apple Watch. It shows up in the Workout app as a structured pool swim.
Yes, through a .FIT file. The most reliable way to get it onto a Garmin watch as a structured workout is to upload the .FIT file in Garmin Connect on the web.
The app uses a language model that runs on your phone, so your workouts stay private. It downloads once, then everything works offline. Do it on Wi-Fi.
Tap it and fix it. If a format keeps tripping it up, email me the text and I'll improve the parser.
